Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Valid Safe Pass (essential).
• Relevant plant tickets/certification for Roller Drivers.
• Manual Handling certificate preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Good work ethic and reliability.
• Full driving licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate ride-on rollers safely and efficiently (Roller Drivers).
• Lay and finish asphalt to a high standard (Pavers).
• Assist with site preparation, groundwork and general labouring duties.
• Support machine operators and site crews.
• Follow all health & safety procedures.
• Keep work areas clean and organised.
• Carry out manual handling and other site-related tasks as required.
