TTM Healthcare Solutions are recruiting for a Senior Occupational Therapist for one of Ireland’s leading healthcare organisations based inBlackrock, Co. Dublin.

This organisation is a national centre of innovation in public mental health service provision delivering a community based adult mental health service for the South East Coast of Co. Dublin to a catchment area of some 182,000 people approximately. In addition to general adult mental health services, they provide early intervention in psychosis, ADHD, gender and general hospital mental health services.

Applications are invited from Occupational Therapists with experience working in mental health services. This post is based in the Crisis Response Service. Given the novelty of this clinical programme the post holder will have the opportunity to influence the direction of occupational therapy provision in future similar services as they roll out nationally. The successful applicant will join a vibrant occupational therapy department that values collaboration, teamwork, and advancing the occupational therapy ethos within services. They will receive supervision and support from the Occupational Therapy Manager and other colleagues in the department.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • CORU registration
  • 3 years experience
  • Clinical experience working with adults with mental health challenges in a community setting.
  • Experience in supporting people in acute psychological distress is advantageous for this post.
