Job summary

Verizon Services in Ireland is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead roaming and new revenue initiatives for MNO partnerships. You will negotiate terms, manage contracts, and represent Verizon in industry forums, collaborating with legal, finance, and operations.

This hybrid role involves building relationships with international operators, optimizing roaming costs, and driving revenue opportunities. A proactive leader with strong negotiation and analytic skills is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• Experience in Roaming and/or Wireless telecommunications, Negotiations and/or Sales.
• Experience with direct negotiations.
• Experience in drafting contract documents for business content.
• Experience in contract negotiations: business, price and technical terms.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic plan for MNO partners over a multi-year horizon.
• Negotiate commercial terms of roaming and related agreements.
• Identify new revenue ideas and support revenue initiatives.
• Contract administration with legal counsel.
• Relationship management across technical, marketing and finance teams.
• Identify improvements to drive better outcomes and cost efficiency.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive projects to completion.
• Engage to mitigate expenses and roaming costs.
• Be the SME for international roaming to enterprise customers.
• Represent Verizon’s position on 5G and IoT at industry forums.
