OhioHealth in Ohio seeks a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care to patients and families across the continuum in diverse acute settings. The RN delegates tasks to licensed practical nurses and unlicensed personnel following the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team.

The role is night shift, 36 hours per week in the Observation Unit 1. Requires an active Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and BSN after five years of employment.

Qualificações

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification required by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs (30%).
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes; revises plan of care with the team (20%).
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement to achieve measures of quality and safety (10%).
• Operations - Performs unit operations and supports safety and efficiency.
