Job summary

Lex Consultancy Recruitment is seeking a Risk & Compliance Co-Ordinator for a thriving Irish property group based in Dublin 2, fully onsite. The role involves coordinating the company’s compliance, risk management, and policy development within a busy team.

You will conduct risk assessments, draft GDPR/AML policies, monitor control effectiveness and liaise with third party providers to ensure regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Legal, Compliance, Risk, Governance, Data Protection or related discipline.
• Property sector experience is advantageous.
• Experience drafting/reviewing policies and procedures in line with AML, Data Protection and Central Bank legislation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the company’s compliance requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of risk management strategies and monitor controls.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks to the organization.
• Assist in policy development related to GDPR, AML, Legislation and Regulatory Compliance.
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of controls and company compliance policies.
• Engage with third party service providers to ensure outsourced activities are in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure that adequate policies, procedures, systems and controls are put in place.
