Job summary

Paediatric Community Nursing in Ireland is seeking RGN or RNID nurses to provide expert home care for a young adult in Clane, Co. Kildare. This role offers three 5-hour day shifts (3:30pm–8:30pm) and one 12-hour night shift weekly, with immediate start and pay of €24.50–€32.00 per hour.

You will work independently with ongoing clinical support and a commitment to keeping his life at home, with full- and part-time positions available and consistent weekly hours.

Qualifications

• Currently registered with NMBI as RGN or RNID.
• Able to work independently in home care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, patient-centered home nursing care for a 20-year-old in his own home.
• Maintain safety, administer medications as prescribed, monitor vitals and progress.
