Qualifications

Ryanair is currently recruiting for the Revenue Accounts Team Lead to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Dublin Head Office as Revenue Accounts Team Lead. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly passenger tax returns
  • Maintain and update all applicable tax rates and exemptions
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors and government agencies with respect to passenger tax return audits
  • Prepare monthly Spanish rebate file and maintain internal master file
  • Liaise with Spanish authorities with respect to file uploads, certification
  • Approve and prepare monthly flight passenger reconciliation
  • Approve monthly VAT returns for all domestic markets
  • Preparation of monthly invoice files and revenue reconciliations
  • Support revenue accounts team and assist with revenue audits as required
  • Ad-hoc duties as required by the Head of Revenue Audit & Fraud
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree including accounting, finance, or business modules
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel; knowledge of SQL preferable
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and strong interpersonal skills
