Job summary
Dealz in Ireland is seeking a Team Leader to support the Store and Assistant Manager in leading the team and delivering a fantastic shopping experience for customers every day. You will manage deliveries and merchandising, support daily operations on the shop floor and in the warehouse, motivate the team, and help drive strong store performance with a positive, energetic leadership style.
Retail experience and a proactive approach are valued, with opportunities for progression to Assistant Store
Qualifications
- Retail leadership experience is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong communication and coaching skills are important.
- Energetic, organized, and passionate about people and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Store and Assistant Manager to drive team performance.
- Manage deliveries and merchandising, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
- Keep shop floor and warehouse standards high and mentor colleagues.
- Motivate the team on a day-to-day basis and role-model positive leadership.
- Support development and progression opportunities for team members.
