Job summary

Dealz is recruiting a Team Leader to support the Store and Assistant Manager in guiding the team and delivering a fantastic shopping experience for customers daily.

You will help create a friendly, welcoming store where customers receive great service and colleagues feel supported on the shop floor. This role involves managing deliveries, merchandising, and daily operations to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is needed.
• Some leadership experience would be a bonus but not essential.
• Energy, organisation, and a passion for people and customer service are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver a fantastic shopping experience for customers.
• Support store performance and daily operations to keep standards high.
• Manage deliveries and merchandising, both on the shop floor and in the warehouse.
• Motivate the team, lead by example, and develop colleagues with training opportunities.
