Job summary

Choice Stores is opening a new Carrickmacross location and seeks a Team Leader to join the launch team. You will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience, lead a busy team, and help drive performance through coaching and effective supervision.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of retail or leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for developing others in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a retail or team leadership role preferred
• Ability to lead by example and energise a team
• Strong people skills and communication abilities

Your Role:

As a Team Leader, you will be a vital part of the store leadership team, working alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This hands-on role blends operational focus with team support, helping to keep the shop floor running smoothly while fostering a positive, professional environment.

What You'll Do:

• 1-2 years of experience in a retail or team leadership role preferred
