Job summary

Choice Stores in Bray is opening a new store and seeking a Team Leader to drive excellent customer service and store operations from day one. You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead and support the team, ensuring a high-energy, results-driven environment on the shop floor.

The role suits someone with 1–2 years in retail or team leadership, who can motivate others, coach effectively, and contribute to merchandising and safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a retail or team leadership role preferred.
• Strong people skills and excellent communication ability.
• Confident multitasker who thrives in a fast paced, high-energy environment.
• A genuine interest in developing others and progressing in retail.
• Passion for coaching others and building a career in retail.
• A genuine team player who leads with energy and focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with outstanding customer service on the shop floor.

Your Role:

As a Team Leader, you will be a vital part of the store leadership team, working alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This hands-on role blends operational focus with team support, helping to keep the shop floor running smoothly while fostering a positive, professional environment.

What You'll Do:
