The role requires 1-2 years of retail supervisory experience, strong communication, and a proactive, can-do attitude to foster a positive team culture. Flexibility across the week is requested.

• Experience in a supervisory role in retail.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager with administrative tasks to ensure store performance.
