Job summary

Applegreen Birdhill is seeking a Supervisor to play a key role in our front-line operations. You will support the Site Manager with administrative tasks, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of retail supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a can-do attitude. You will help maintain high store standards and develop professionally within our team.

Qualifications

Previous retail experience of 1-2 years in a similar role.
Have a can-do attitude who has strong communication skills and enjoys interacting with customers.
Ability to work well with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist the Site Manager with various administrative tasks to ensure optimal store performance.
Support the site manager in driving sales and meeting sales targets.
Motivate the team by setting achievable goals and using effective leadership and communication skills.
Ensure the store operates in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
