Applegreen plc Castlebellingham Southbound is seeking a proactive Supervisor to join its front-line team. You will support the Site Manager to maintain store standards, drive customer service, and ensure smooth daily operations on a busy roadside site.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail leadership, strong communication skills, and a can-do attitude. You will lead a small team, meet sales targets, and uphold company policies in a fast-paced environment with a focus on guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail supervisory role or similar leadership position.
• Strong interpersonal and guest-service skills.
• Proven ability to motivate a small team and deliver results.
• Good knowledge of shop floor operations, stock, and cash handling.
