Responsibilities

  • Supervising the front of shop in the Pharmacy including all premium skincare ranges, fragrances, and OTC
  • Oversight and responsibility for the branch retail turnover, stock management and profitability to achieve the Group's overall targets
  • High levels of Sales, Service & Standards for customers and branch
  • Sales and promotions
  • A strong knowledge of pharmacy products and services
  • Cash management duties
  • Adhering to company standards and procedures
  • Merchandising and Marketing
  • Responsible for the overall ordering, merchandising and selling of stock
  • Support colleagues working elsewhere in the branch as needed
  • Drive community initiatives

Skills And Experience

  • Two years' retail experience required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Conducting and leading excellent sales skills and customer service required
  • Target-driven and sales-focused
  • Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude
  • Helpful and courteous manner and Customer focused
  • Fluency in English
