Job summary

Screwfix is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a small store team, guide customers to the right products, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You’ll be part of a busy, friendly environment with excellent training, competitive pay, 29 days annual leave (34 with service), a 20% staff discount, and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• An experienced supervisor or duty manager who is used to managing a small team in a fast-paced environment.
• Great at giving amazing customer service, and able to translate that into sales.
• Friendly, flexible, reliable and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Host – you’ll be the team leader, hosting in store, setting an example of what great looks like.
• Store standards – you’ll ensure cash reconciliations, customer queries, audit compliance and stock management are well-handled.

Opening hours

Monday - Friday (7am to 8pm)

Saturday (7am to 6pm)

Sunday (10am to 6pm)
