Job summary

Aldi Ireland is hiring store associates to help run the store day-to-day. You'll be at the heart of the store, greeting customers, stocking shelves, checking deliveries, and helping create a welcoming atmosphere.

This role offers part-time contracts (15-20 hours) with shifts from early morning to evening, and a focus on teamwork, training, and career development within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and ready to support customers and the team.
• Comfortable replenishing stock to ensure best availability for customers.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service
• Stock shelves quickly and present products to look their best
• Check deliveries and product quality, removing items that don’t meet Aldi standards
