Job summary

Aldi in Ireland is seeking store colleagues to help run busy shops and create a welcoming shopping experience. You will assist customers, stock shelves, and support deliveries to ensure the store remains well presented.

Shifts can be mornings or evenings with 15-20 hour contracts. The role includes comprehensive training, ongoing development, and access to wellbeing programmes and lifestyle discounts. Retail experience is helpful but not required; attitude matters most.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable attitude and willingness to support customers and team.
• Comfortable replenishing stock quickly to ensure best availability for customers.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential - attitude matters most!

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
• Stock shelves quickly and present products to look their best.
• Check deliveries and product quality, removing items that don't meet Aldi standards.
