Job summary

Synergy Security Solutions in Dublin City is hiring Retail Security Officers to join our high street security team. The role offers permanent full-time employment with weekday and weekend shifts, located at Grafton St & Henry St, Dublin.

Rate is €16.91 per hour. The position requires basic guarding skills, PSA Static license, and at least 6 months of security experience. English at B2, good IT skills, and shift flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Six months minimum security experience required.
• QQI Level 4 guarding qualification needed.
• PSA license to operate as a static guard required.
• English communication at least B2, both oral and written.
• Basic IT skills for reporting and records.

Responsibilities

• Protect life and property on site.
• Handle incident management and rapid response.
• Prevent stock loss and secure premises.
• Patrol stores and monitor access points.
• Control access for customers and staff.
• Deliver good customer service and assistance.
• Prepare and file incident reports with management.
• Liaise with management on security matters.
