Job summary

Synergy-Security seeks experienced Retail Security Officers for a permanent onsite role in Dublin 2. You will protect life and property, patrol stores, manage access, and deliver excellent customer service while liaising with management.

We offer industry-leading benefits, ongoing training (QQI & Above), progression paths, and weekly salary payments. Basic guarding skills and a Private Security Authority license are required, with at least 6 months’ experience and a valid work permit.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 4 guarding qualification or equivalent.
• Private Security Authority license (Static) required.
• Minimum 6 months industry experience.
• Valid work permit / visa (If applicable).
• Basic IT skills.
