Bidvest Noonan Group is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team at a retail site in Portlaoise. You will provide a visible security presence, greet visitors, and support building operations with professionalism and courtesy.

Responsibilities include managing visitor access, coordinating with the Building Management team, monitoring reception and meeting spaces, handling phone calls, and ensuring correct parking protocols.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Excellent attention to detail with efficient issue response.

Mansioni

• Meet and greet all visitors promptly using correct protocols.
• Day-to-day running of building.
• Maintain exceptional service in reception areas and meeting suites, including contacting hosts.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, actions, systems and developments to assist staff and visitors.
• Answer the telephone promptly and transfer or take messages.
• Coordinate with Building Management team and align efforts.
• Control car parking and ensure visitors use allocated bays.
