Job summary

TK Maxx is seeking a Loss Prevention Officer to help keep customers, associates and assets safe in our stores across Ireland. You’ll be a visible, friendly presence at entrance doors and work with the store team to deter loss while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Experience in a customer-facing role or security guard role is ideal but not essential. You’ll join a supportive team and receive training that builds confidence in conflict resolution and loss-prevention best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, within a fast-paced retail environment or security guard role is ideal but not essential.
• You will be self-motivated, resilient and driven to make a difference with a natural ability to communicate.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible, friendly presence at store entrance doors to deter loss and protect assets.
• Work closely with the store team to maintain security of products and support a positive customer experience.
• Deliver effective conflict resolution when required and remain calm under pressure.
• Communicate clearly and act as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
