Job summary

New Balance in Kildare Village is seeking a Retail Associate (8 hours) to engage and educate customers and deliver a standout shopping experience. You will help drive store performance while upholding brand standards and policies in a dynamic retail environment.

The role requires a passion for retail, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Teamwork and a proactive attitude will be essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance.

• Help to keep the store commercially aligned with brand guidelines.
• Adhere to New Balance policies and procedures at all times.
• Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards in-store.
• Perform other duties as required by the management team.
