Vodafone - Kelco Communications in Ballina is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our dynamic retail team. This role focuses on leading the store, supporting the Store Manager, and driving sales with a customer-first approach.

You will manage day-to-day store operations, coach the team to meet targets, handle customer inquiries, and participate in developing store performance. The role offers 37.5 hours per week with a competitive weekly wage and uncapped monthly commission (OTE €45,000).

• Strong sales and management skills required.
• Experience leading a team in a retail environment is desirable.

Job description

Location: Ballina, Co. Mayo

Availability: 09:30 - 18:00 | Monday to Saturday

Rate of Pay: €15.65ph + uncapped monthly commission

Job Type: Fulltime | 37.5 hours per week

About The Role
