Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Ireland is seeking a Retail Assistant on a permanent basis for 15 hours per week, with a pay rate of €14.70 per hour. The role offers fully flexible hours across 5 days over 7, including evenings and weekends, to support a welcoming, health-focused shopping experience.

You will welcome customers, guide them to products, maintain stock and displays, support promotions, and work with a team to achieve store goals while benefiting from training and wellness perks.

Responsibilities

• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
