Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Waterford, Ireland is seeking a Retail Assistant for a permanent, part-time role (15 hours/week). You will welcome customers, help them choose products, and support store presentation while delivering excellent service.

You’ll join a friendly team, with training provided to build product knowledge and customer confidence. This role offers flexible pattern and evening shifts in a busy retail environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers’ needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
