Job summary

Vodafone Ireland is seeking a motivated Retail Advisor to join our store team in Dublin. You will drive sales, support your store and team, and deliver a first-class customer experience.

You will stay informed on Vodafone products and services to advise customers effectively, take ownership of inquiries, and ensure issues are resolved to completion.

What the job will entail:

• Achievement of individual sales targets set by the business on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis


• Ensure all administration associated with the role is completed correctly and within agreed timeframes


• Ensure you consistently deliver a first class experience to all our customers. Keeping updated on new products and services to be able to advise our customers accordingly


• Take ownership of your customer\'s queries or needs,dealing with them in a positive manner to ensure that all aspects are resolved and/or seen through to completion.
