Job summary

Vodafone Ireland is seeking a Retail Advisor to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service in our Dublin store. You will support the team in achieving key metrics while representing Vodafone values.

This role emphasizes customer obsession and a proactive approach to growth. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering expert product knowledge, handling queries, and ensuring accurate administration.

What the job will entail:

• Achievement of individual sales targets set by the business on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
• Ensure all administration associated with the role is completed correctly and within agreed timeframes
• Ensure you consistently deliver a first class experience to all our customers. Keeping updated on new products and services to be able to advise our customers accordingly
• Take ownership of your customer's queries or needs,dealing with them in a positive manner to ensure that all aspects are resolved and/or seen through to completion

• Flexibility on working hours due to the opening and closing times of our stores
