To work as part of the team whilst being accountable for the leadership of all Food & Beverage Service employees of the hotel, working with the Restaurant Manager, F&B Manager and Assistant F&B Managers to ensure that all opportunities are maximized; employees are developed in a structured manner; and the customers are offered the highest quality standards and value for money.
