Job summary

Center Parcs Longford Forest is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager for the Sports Café. You will lead the team across shifts, ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences, while upholding brand standards and driving staff training.

The role is full-time with a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over 4 weeks, with evenings, weekends and bank holidays required. Benefits include leisure access, employee discounts, and a bonus scheme.

Sports Café serves hearty meals and shows live sports in a lively, family-friendly setting.

We're looking for a Restaurant Shift Manager to join our Sports Caféteam to ensure every shift runs smoothly and to the highest standards. In this role, you'll lead and motivate the team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, uphold brand standards and support ongoing team training.

• Oversee daily shift operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Lead and support the team, fostering a positive and proactive work environment
• Achieve budgeted sales targets and ensure efficient staff deployment
• Maintain high service standards and compliance with brand expectations

Your working hours

• Full-time contract
