This exciting opportunity is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for guest service, and the ability to manage a high-volume restaurant within a luxury hotel environment.
As Hotel Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s main restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service, food quality, and guest satisfaction. You will lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated front-of-house team, working closely with the Head Chef and senior management to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Manage the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient service delivery.
Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu execution and service align with brand standards.
Drive revenue through effective rostering, upselling, and guest engagement strategies.
Maintain excellent communication with other hotel departments to ensure smooth service.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues professionally and efficiently.
Monitor financial performance, control costs, and assist with forecasting and budgeting.
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager within a 4* or 5* hotel or similar high-end dining environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
A passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Financial acumen and experience with rostering, stock control, and budgeting.
Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
