Salary: €45,000 – €55,000 per annum

This exciting opportunity is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for guest service, and the ability to manage a high-volume restaurant within a luxury hotel environment.

As Hotel Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s main restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service, food quality, and guest satisfaction. You will lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated front-of-house team, working closely with the Head Chef and senior management to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient service delivery.

• Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to consistently exceed guest expectations.

• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu execution and service align with brand standards.

• Drive revenue through effective rostering, upselling, and guest engagement strategies.

• Maintain excellent communication with other hotel departments to ensure smooth service.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues professionally and efficiently.

• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and assist with forecasting and budgeting.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager within a 4* or 5* hotel or similar high-end dining environment.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• A passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Financial acumen and experience with rostering, stock control, and budgeting.

• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
