Job summary

Adare Manor is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the Oku dining room, delivering Forbes-starred experiences and upholding the highest standards of service and presentation. You will inspire a highly skilled team, manage day-to-day operations, ensure licensing, health and safety, stock control, and work closely with the kitchen to maintain seamless service in a world-renowned luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Oku and ensure flawless service.
• Act as host, custodian, and ambassador of Oku's identity and atmosphere.
• Ensure licensing, health & safety, stock control, and financial performance.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness.
• Assist in training, development, and performance management.
• Collaborate with kitchen for seamless service flow.
• Oversee reservations and guest experience.
• Handle guest feedback professionally with positive resolutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and attention to detail.

About The Role

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant and inspiring a highly skilled team to deliver exceptional, Forbes-starred dining experiences. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless service, maintaining the highest operational standards, and fostering a culture of excellence, attention to detail, and guest-centric service.

Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Oku, ensuring flawless service delivery
• Acting as host, custodian, and ambassador of Oku's identity, standards, and atmosphere
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, health & safety, stock control, and financial performance
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to consistently exceed guest expectations
• Maintain exceptional standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness
• Assist in team training, development, and performance management
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and service flow
• Oversee reservations, guest experience, and service planning
• Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring a positive resolution
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and attention to detail

Who You Are

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a Forbes and LQA-starred environment is highly desirable
• A genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional guest experiences
