Lead from the front at KFC and take full ownership of the restaurant, aiming to smash performance goals while building a cohesive team that thrives. Own the numbers, the vibe and the guest experience, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment for colleagues and customers alike.

You will train, coach and motivate your team, drive KPI attainment across shifts, and maintain rosters, stock and reporting with attention to detail.
