Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced, full time, Breakfast Supervisor in McGettigan's Hotel. The Breakfast Supervisor will be responsible for leading and motivating the team, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual with a strong supervisory background in Food & Beverage.

Duties:
  • To manage the activities of the Bistro and function rooms as directed by the Manager, to ensure quality and standards of service are maintained to a consistent level in accordance with company Standards.
  • Put a strong focus on customer care, ensuring that customers receive the highest possible level of service and care.
  • To exercise effective stock rotation and maintain stock levels as directed by the Manager.
  • To ensure that the Bistro and function rooms are kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • Follow rigidly and observe all hygiene regulations.
  • To maintain a physical presence on the floor and liaise closely with the Duty Manager and kitchen.
Requirements:
  • To have previous experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
  • Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Fluent level of spoken and written English essential.
  • Ability to work and supervise confidently during busy periods.
