Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking Social Care Professionals to join a reputable service in Co Roscommon and Co Leitrim supporting young people in a residential service. We require residential Social Care Workers to provide high quality care to the young people, promoting independence and person-centred planning, contributing to the day to day running of the service.

Formación

• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a relevant area.
• Clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking.
• Experience with risk assessments and safeguarding of young people in care.
• Knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Children’s First guidelines and procedures.
• Driving licence required.

Responsabilidades
