Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 75-unit residential development in Arklow, Co. Wicklow.

You will take day-to-day responsibility for delivery, health and safety, and coordinating subcontractors and site personnel to meet programme targets. The ideal candidate will hold a third-level qualification in Construction Management or Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years' site management experience on residential schemes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Site Management position within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and health and safety requirements.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, site teams and multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for day-to-day site operations and coordination.
• Ensure delivery aligns with programmes, budgets and quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, direct labour and site personnel.
