Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking a Site Engineer for a residential development in Kilcock, Co. Kildare. You will set out works using GPS and Total Station, supervise groundwork and civil works, and ensure compliance with drawings, specs and Building Regulations.

Candidate should have a Civil Engineering degree and 3–5 years post-qualification experience, with a clean driving licence. The role offers progression on a major housing project with an attractive package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Residential construction experience desirable.
• Strong setting-out experience with GPS/Total Station.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Setting out works accurately using GPS / Total Station equipment.
• Setting out groundwork, foundations, RC frames, floor slabs, blockwork, services and civil works.
• Setting out house plots and issuing surveys to solicitors.
• Supervising and monitoring groundwork, civil engineering and concrete frame contractors.
• Ensuring works are completed in line with drawings, specifications & Building Regulations.
• Carrying out quality inspections and sign-offs at key construction stages.
