Global Professional Consultants Ireland is seeking a Project Manager for a leading Main Contractor on a residential project in Sligo. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, supervision of BIM strategy, and management of project phases while adhering to HSEQ standards.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of project management experience, managing subcontractors and direct staff, alongside a relevant degree. A competitive salary of circa €80k - 90k and excellent benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ project management experience on commercial/residential projects.
• 5+ years experience managing subcontractors and direct staff.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Supervise BIM strategy implementation and maintain relationships.
• Review project phases to ensure alignment with plans, budgets, and protocols.
• Advocate for project adherence to HSEQ standards and zero emissions objectives.
• Serve as the main liaison for the Regional Director.
