Job summary

Vickerstock are partnering with Ireland's leading residential developer to appoint a Planner in Dublin 4. You will support master programmes across Cairn projects, develop project controls, and help deliver multiple large-scale residential developments.

Qualifications

• Degree: Level 8 in Engineering, Construction or related discipline.
• Residential construction experience preferred.
• Experience using scheduling/programming software is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with a methodical approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel between project locations and hold a driving license.

Responsibilities

• Supporting master programmes across Cairn projects and Gateway processes.
• Maintaining and reviewing detailed construction programmes.
• Providing accurate and timely programme data and progress updates.
• Supporting the development of phasing plans and handover strategies.
• Implementing project controls procedures.
• Supporting programme progress reporting and dashboards.
• Assisting with programming requirements from concept through to project completion.
• Liaising with Design and PMO.
• Working collaboratively within wider project teams.
