Job description

Prosper Fingal, part of the Prosper Group, is a community-based organisation that provides a wide range of health-related and social services to adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. Join our wonderful team and provide support to adults with intellectual disabilities around North County Dublin, helping them to reaching their full potential and connect with their communities.

Due to expansion in one of our Residential Houses, Prosper Fingal is looking for a qualified Care Assistant to join our highly skilled and responsive team on a 30 hour weekly contract to provide high quality, person-centred residential care to the individuals we support in our Residential services. This role will include evenings, weekends and overnights - 3-4 waking nights are required within a rostered period.

Salary Scale: €23,253-€33,622 - excluding premiums for evenings, overnights and weekends.

Location: Balrothery

Hours: 30 per week

Contract: Permanent

Applicants must have a minimum QQI Level 5 in Healthcare, SNA course or equivalent to apply for this position. Experience working in disability services and knowledge of HIQA Standards would be advantageous. Having a clean manual driving license is also essential for this position.
