Job summary

IGS Energy is seeking a Residential Account Manager to acquire new customers, retain existing ones, and promote a wide range of IGS products. You will become a subject matter expert, using proven sales techniques to renew plans and cross-sell when appropriate, primarily via phone and email.

This full-time role offers a base salary and a weekly bonus opportunity with uncapped commissions, along with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, customer retention, or account management.
• Experience with dialer systems and CRM platforms.
• Willingness to visit customers face-to-face if required

Responsibilities

• Acquire and retain customers via phone and email.
• Promote IGS residential products and upsell.
• Build relationships and renew plans.
• Record sales activity in CRM (Freshsales).
• Collaborate with other sales reps and internal teams.
• Learn and demonstrate current marketing programs.
• Be a point of contact for renewed customers.
