Job summary

Ethos Care Group in Ireland is seeking an Activities Coordinator to plan and deliver engaging activities for residents, enhancing wellbeing through meaningful social and recreational programmes. You will create diverse programmes that respond to residents' interests and needs.

You will tailor activities to individual needs, encourage participation, build relationships with residents and the local community, maintain records of engagement, and support audits to ensure compliance with care

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or related field is required.
• Experience working with older persons is desirable.
• Creative, positive and engaging personality with strong communication and organisational skills.
