Based on resourcing, the position is on-site with client and stakeholder engagement; candidates should have a Civil Engineering degree and proven experience in civil projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in site supervision on civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of PWC CF3 contract.
• Experience drafting reports, valuations, claims and RFIs.
• Excellent health and safety knowledge.
• Good organisation and record-keeping.
• Effective stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer Employer Design Public Works Contract (PWC CF3) under the Employer’s Representative.
• Draft progress reports, monthly valuations, claims determinations, and RFI responses.
• Maintain accurate site records, diaries, and photographic evidence.
• Monitor delays, disputes, and adverse conditions; maintain dispute records.
• Attend project meetings and distribute minutes.
• Communicate with site teams on operational progress.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health and Welfare legislation and PPE.
• Liaise with statutory undertakers and key stakeholders.
