Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualification at Level 7 or above in a health-related discipline.
• Experience in social care is required.
• Competence in care and support of adults with intellectual disabilities.
• Knowledge of The National Standards for Adults with Disabilities.
• Excellent record keeping and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day personal care and support for residents.
• Uphold dignity, respect, and residents' rights; enable choices.
• Review and implement Person-Centred Plans for each resident.
• Participate in reviews of care protocols and plans.
• Establish trusting relationships and support independence.
• Adhere to Delta Centre policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
