PartnerRe Ltd. is seeking a Reserving Actuary to join the Non-Life Reserving Operations team. The role blends actuarial reserving with data, automation and platform management to modernise reserving processes and drive efficiency.
Key responsibilities include supporting quarterly cycles, developing automated solutions, validating data outputs (IBNR, DCBE, ULAE) and collaborating across Finance, Technology and Data teams to deliver robust reporting and continuous improvements.

Role Summary:
The Reserving Actuary will be a key member of the Non-Life Reserving Operations team, supporting the delivery, enhancement, and automation of reserving processes across the global Non-Life business.
The role combines traditional actuarial reserving responsibilities with a strong focus on operational excellence, data processes, platform management, and process automation. The successful candidate will contribute to reserving analyses, quarter-close activities, data validation, and the ongoing development of tools and workflows that support actuarial reserving.
