Job summary

The River Lee hotel in Cork is seeking an experienced Reservations Team Leader to guide the day-to-day management of guest reservations and lead the reservations team to keep systems up to date and aligned with revenue goals.

You will bring proven hotel reservations experience, strong knowledge of a PMS, and the ability to motivate a team with solid IT skills and a track record of meeting KPIs. The Doyle Collection offers career growth across Ireland, the UK and the USA.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hotel reservations team.
• Proven track record of achieving KPIs and strong financial acumen.
• Experience as Reservations Agent or Supervisor in hotel reservations.
• Knowledge of a PMS and solid IT skills.
