Job summary

You will support decision-making through detailed financial analysis, industry research, and ongoing engagement with management teams and market participants. Qualifications

• CFA/ACA or similar qualification preferred.
• 3–5+ years’ experience in fundamental equity research, ideally on the buy-side.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation capability with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience covering multiple sectors or industries.
• Excellent analytical, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and update detailed financial models for portfolio holdings.
• Conduct in-depth research across industries, competitors, suppliers, and broader market ecosystems.
• Produce regular investment notes, reports, and presentations for the investment team.
• Monitor portfolio companies and relevant industry developments on an ongoing basis.
• Engage with company management, investor relations, and industry participants.
• Identify new stock ideas and emerging industry themes globally.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the investment team, sharing insights and research findings.
• Conduct field research and industry analysis to deepen understanding of companies and sectors.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting investment decision-making through detailed financial analysis, industry research, and ongoing engagement with companies, management teams, and wider market participants.

Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and continuously update detailed financial models for portfolio holdings
• Conduct in-depth research across industries, competitors, suppliers, and broader market ecosystems
• Produce regular investment notes, reports, and presentations for the wider investment team
• Monitor portfolio companies and relevant industry developments on an ongoing basis
• Engage with company management teams, investor relations, and industry participants
• Identify new stock ideas and emerging industry themes globally

Requirements:

• CFA, ACA, or similar professional qualification preferred
• 3–5+ years’ experience in fundamental equity research, ideally within a buy-side environment (long-only or hedge fund)
• Strong financial modelling and valuation capability with advanced Excel skills
