Job summary

Blue Wave Travels is seeking motivated Home-Based Travel Consultants to help clients plan and book vacations, cruises, hotels, flights, and tours from home.

As a remote team member you will consult with clients, research destinations, create itineraries, and maintain vendor communications to ensure seamless travel experiences.

We value strong communication, self-motivation, good organizational skills, and a passion for travel; prior travel sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets.
• Research and recommend travel destinations, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages.
• Book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities.
• Create customized travel itineraries for clients.
• Maintain communication with travel vendors and suppliers.
• Assist clients with travel updates, itinerary changes, and questions.
• Stay informed on travel promotions, trends, and destination information.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.
