Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2+ years in a client-facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of web technology stacks.
• Familiarity with programming languages and coding concepts.
• Experience diagnosing complex technical issues and communicating solutions.
• Ability to de-escalate customer situations and provide clear feedback.
• Excellent reading, listening, and writing skills.
• Prior exposure to Twilio products is a plus.

• Handle messaging API related customer cases via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot message deliverability issues and debug customer code.
• Guide customers through developing their SMS applications with Twilio.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams and log bugs in Jira.
