Job summary

Sterling Engineering Ltd - Ireland & Europe is seeking a Supply Planning Transformation Specialist to lead deployment of the Future Focused Planning Program across manufacturing sites, supporting the transition to a new Target Operating Model and sustainable process adoption.

You will partner with site leadership and supply planning teams, assess readiness, design deployment and change plans, deliver training, track milestones and ensure a smooth hypercare exit while sharing best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years in supply planning, demand planning, S&OP, or manufacturing supply chain.
• Experience in transformation, operating model, or change programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and training skills.
• Analytical and pragmatic problem solving.
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites.
• SAP or IBP experience desirable.
• Change management certification or experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment at assigned manufacturing sites.
• Partner with site leadership to drive TOM adoption.
• Assess readiness, identify gaps, and develop deployment plans.
• Deliver training, coaching, and capability-building.
• Track milestones, KPIs, risks, and issues.
• Embed new processes and sustain adoption.
• Support hypercare and transition to business-as-usual.
• Capture learnings and share best practices across the program.
